MVP - Functional Release

For the athletic minded and less spiritually focused, this is a non-traditional Sports Massage. This treatment is inspired by Muay Thai fighters (Art of 8 Limbs) that incorporate the use of elbows, fists (broad knuckles), and knees. I will introduce you to Judo inspired Kimura (double wrist-lock) holds to create specific and non-specific stretches to improve joint mobilization. Static and gliding cups maybe used to immediately improve blood flow and reduce tension to targeted areas. Functional Range Release technique, or FR® Release is an advanced, and comprehensive system of soft tissue assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation used by some of the most highly regarded manual therapists around the world.

Deep Thought

A total body & mind detoxification experience that is deeply relaxing and focused on recharging your organs for vitality. Utilizing sound as the catalyst creates a gentle experience and can be done fully clothed while I blend Windows of the Sky, Medical Qi Gong, Organ Unwinding and Core Syncronism. These altered states are enhanced by essential oils and planetary tuned chimes, forks and singing bowls. I use frequency to drive the depth of treatment. Enjoy a private sound bath that is deeply relaxing as it is exhilarating.

I am located in the offices just above PurLife Dispensary. Please DO NOT go inside Pur Life. Kindly, use the stairwell just to the Left (west) of the main entrance, the access faces the building. If you feel uncomfortable parking at a dispensary, please use one of the unmarked parking spaces behind us in the Diary Queen parking lot.

Cancelation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:

48 hour Appointment confirmations | 24 hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged FIFTY PERCENT of the service fee for your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.

NO-SHOWS
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged in full for their “missed” appointment.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
